You know that blogs (web logs) have entered popular culture when news talk show hosts throw terms around like “blogosphere.” During the 2004 election, a lot of attention was given to political blog post writing. Corporations now have blogs as well as news organizations.
But where did blogs come from? Where are they going?
In the ancient days of the Internet (not yet the Web), communication between people was accomplished through the use of bulletin boards. You could post a note online and wait for an answer.
